General Terms of Sale: Shipping time will be discussed at the time the order is placed. Shipping time is based on receipt of payment, items ready for shipment, and special order items. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Payments:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. You may also pay by Cashier's Checks, Money Orders, or personal checks to be received before the shipping date.
Privacy Policy:
All information is confidential. We do not sell or share any customer information, names, addresses, etc. No credit card numbers are kept on file.
Return Policy:
Prior authorization must first be obtained. To do so, please email and put "Return Authorization Request" in the subject line. Return requests must be made within 5 days of receipt of items and return postmarked with three days from receipt of authorization. Return shipping costs are excluded from refunds. No return, refunds, or exchanges on printed materials. Our goal is to provide you with a pleasant shopping experience, and we are happy to do whatever we can to ensure your needs are met!
Shipping:
Packages will be shipped via UPS or USPS, whichever is the most economical method.
Damage/Errors:
All orders are packed with the utmost care. If damage should occur during transit, please contact the carrier. Save all boxes, product, and packing material for inspection by the shipping company. You may not receive a claim if these items are not kept. If the damage is our error, please contact us within five days of receipt. Please check all packing material and boxes for shortages.
